Adaptive dresses are designed to make dressing easier for both the caregiver and their charge.  People who benefit most from these specialty garments are often confined to a wheelchair or geri-chair and have limited mobility.  Most adaptive dresses open down the back with snaps and generally have longer length for better coverage.  They are much easier to put on then pant and top separates.  Dresses are making a come back!
